Kick ass event yesterday!!!! definately was inspired to pick up a stock set of rims for the Z so that I can rip it around a lil for the next event. Can't wait to see some more pics and videos over the next few days.

We had so much damn fun yesterday. Nick, you did awesome, man! What a beautiful day, too. Next time I'll definitely remember to bring some chairs and a tent for some shade, because the wife was starting to get a bit cranky in the heat. I managed to get 3rd place in the car show for the Nissan division. I guess I'm happy with that, seeing as there was a new GTR there, too.

oh yea, i forgot to mention. one of my seat rails actually broke while hangin it out on the big course, LOL
i told my buddy that i musta been driftin nasty. we then proceeded to stick a spare tire behind the seat and thats how it now sits. im gonna have to get someone to weld the rail up for me ..anyone? |

Good to see everyone out there yesterday. I hope everyone got to have enough runs to burn off all their tires. With 2 Lots going at once we managed to smoke out downtown Reading. Thanks for everone signing up early and filling the venue. We are planning a couple more events for 2009 with different venues and different skill levels. I was amazed to watch everyones runs from the beginning of the day to the end of the day. What a dramatic improvement.
Sorry to all the people that wanted rides and didn't get one. I should have my voice back around Wednesday. Thanks again to the Team KO, Tuner Icons and Reading Expo Center. It's rare to find venues that are willing to put up with tire marks all over the lots. |
