There's absolutely no basis. There is NO OFFER AND ACCEPTANCE. You merely solicited offers, and without a proper offer, there can be no acceptance. No acceptance = no trade. Not to mention the misunderstanding was CLEARLY on behalf of the kid...I can keep going.

Tell his "lawyers" to read a ****ing contracts book.

If he e-mails you again just tell him to send any further correspondence to your atty, otherwise your atty will be contacting him.

i would just say that the car has been sold. He didn't leave a deposit or sign a contract stating he was "buying" it.

Hahaha I made up some lie about an online search engine for scammers and said I added him to it and he believes theirs such a thing ... and threatens to put me on it!!!!! Hahahahaha
