computer help

when removing a program i noticed something odd in the add/remove list. there is a program on there called e-watch camera viewer and it wont delete, i tried safe mode too and still having problems. any suggestions, or does anyone else have this program. i found this when i googled it http://forums.pcpitstop.com/index.php?showtopic=138636

im sure you could delete it in the program files folder. but make sure you know what it is first because deleting random things in there can mess up your system
