On the fried side of things, I've had beneigns down in New Orleans at Cafe Dumont. Basically a fried ball of dough plastered in powdered sugar. That and coffee are the only things on the menu. I've had elk, bison, alligator, pigeon, and eel before. I will eat Thai, Korean, Middle Eastern. I drink a French beer called Kronenbourg from time to time too.

i dont know how they cook it, but its served cold. the taste is very unique but not in a bad way. kinda has the texture of a half way cooked string bean with a sweet taste.
