There's NO WAY. I could ever go on a diet. I'm 6'1 160lbs. I eat whatever the hell I want and I never gain a single pound. Id die if I had to stop eating Oreo cookies.

More excersise than anything. I'm at the gym 6 days a week for about 2.5-3hrs a time. That's 18hrs a week haha...of course that includes lifting too. Only 90mins of cardio...

Diet? haha it's not a diet anymore, it's my new way of living.

Breakfast is a protein shake, snack is a bananna, lunch is 98% fat free turkey on wheat, wheat pretzels and a water, and diner is always grilled chicken of some sort. haha

I'm not going on anymore, it's to in depth. I'll write a book when im finished in 2-3 months.

Diet and exercise bitch. Good to see you are aerobically exercising for the right amount of time. < 30 minutes of aerobic exercise doesn't do a damn thing, only burns carbohydrates and not fatty acids. Burn more calories then you take in and you lose weight.

Enough with that, you obviously got your **** under complete control. I can't wait to graduate so I can do this with people haha

Was it about a month ago? If so, I was so frigging drunk from drinking at Chickie and Pete's for 3 hours before I got to Alstarz that I probably didn't know who ya were. There's a few people on TST who have been drinking with me before and they can tell you first hand that it turns into a hot mess pretty quickly once I get started.

can you post or pm your diet? I want to evaluate it because I'm afraid you might not be getting enough protein in enough frequency.. yes, you're losing weight but I'm worried that you're not minimizing muscle loss if you're following that diet..

Oh I can't stress that enough! I probably take in at most 1500 calories a day, all good calories containing MAYBE 10g of fat total. I usually burn about 1200 calories on the elliptical alone, and lifting burns alot to but no way to calculate that.

I take in about 150g-200g of protein per day. I'm big into this stuff now man, plus I have my two best bodybuilding friends who train me with lifting and the protein amounts.

Morning shake has 50g
Turkey sandwich has about 40g
Pack of grilled chicken for dinner has 80g

Then the other little things that carry protein, or if I have another shake after I work out.
