KA-T problems solved thanks to these fine fellows

So as many of you realize, I was having some issues with my car after I installed my turbo. After troubleshooting and trying to solve the problems I was having for over a week, I decided to contact R/T Tuning to see what they had to say. I spoke to Vince on the phone and he made me feel more than comfortable enough to make the trek down to his shop with my car. Since at the time my car wasn't running well enough to drive, I had to tow it 3 hours one way to get to their shop. So the following Monday I dropped the car off so they could go through the car and find out what the problem(s) was.

The following day (Tuesday) I got a phone call from Vince saying he had a chance to look at the car already. Over the course of the day, he kept in constant communication with me so I fully understood what was going on and what he was checking. At no point throughout the entire week was I not updated with what was going on with my car. I have never dealt with such excellent communication from any company for anything. I was always kept in the loop with not only what he was doing, but how the bill was shaping up.

By the end of the week, everything with the car was worked out. We were at that point just waiting for a part that would be delivered the following Tuesday (not Monday because of the holiday weekend). On Tueday I received a phone call saying my car was completely done and running excellent and ready to be picked up. Over the course of 6 business days, R/T Tuning was able to get the car in perfect working order...ready for a 3 hour drive back home. And it handled the 3 hour drive perfectly. No issues whatsoever.

I'd also like to point out that Vince was able to work with me on a day and time I could pick the car up since I was coming from such a long distance away.

I was/am 100% satisfied with the job this garage did on my car, no to mention the communication they had with me. And I would do it all over again in a heartbeat. The only thing I would have done different was take it there sooner. LOL

So thank you guys again. I highly recommend this garage for anything you need done. They REALLY know their "stuff". I'm actually surprised as to how much they know. lol

But what if they encouraged it AND the stickers turn out to be awesome? They COULD POSSIBLY say something like "I love Mike and would turn gay for his tattooed, bmw driving, new york living ass". just saying.
