^ Bingo. I have not dealt with you guys whatsoever. I do not know either of you. I will say however that it seems most, if not all the bad rep that comes from you guys is almost soley based on a severe lack of communication with you and your customers. I have no doubt that you guys are ridiculously busy, and from the sounds of it, for good reason. But if your customers don't know what's going on, they're just going to make assumptions. Tort hit this on the head perfectly! Just friendly suggestions...like he said.

And not even CLOSE to everyone has the same experience. The amount of cars that come in and out of this shop, 95% of the people don't give two ****s about posting their experience online. And people are much more apt to whine and complain, then they are to post about the good experience they had.
Oh my god in heaven.

The first time i laid eyes on tru2blu's car i expect him to have paid no more then 2 grand for it, however he said to me that the agreement was you guys would fix a ton wrong with the car. he was really happy to own it then too.

List of whats wrong ( that i spotted with my own eyes )

Blown rear turbo seals (used 9b turbo 100 bucks 200 installed probably)
****ty passanger side Window motor (100 bucks installed)
Breaks up all over the band (probably injectors or plugs at the least)
I heard boost leaks (come on you guys couldnt even fix that)
Body is in horrible condition ( i dont even know)
Interrior was terrible (ew)
it smelled like it leaks\burns oil

if i saw the car in daylight i could go on and on im sure

Look im not downing his car. Ill love any vr4 no matter what the condition.

Im downing what he paid for it from you guys.

I paid 7 grand for my 93 vr4 3 years ago and its MINT 100% NOTHING wrong with it. It runs 12's its BPU and its SUPER CLEAN. even the active aero works.

Tru2blu paid the exact same amount for a frankenstiened work for last minute cash probably to pay off some law suits against gzp

unless there value has doubled in 3 years i wouldnt concider it paying big bucks

Seriously i cannot believe how you people do business. Its pathetic and it sickens me. One day ill roll up there with tru2blu and we can see how many excuses you guys make then.

this is kinda funny to read...only because its just a continuous argument...when they can either a) be working on cars or b) calling their customers

Tru2blu's car was put together with parts laying around the garage. You know what.... come down to my garage and see the vast inventory we have of used stock parts. Are those parts no good to be used on a car again? They are the same age and condition as the parts on any other car that old. It's not like the parts came off of a 1961 mitsubishi 3000gt or something. He got a car with the upgraded 4 bolt main engine along with a few aftermarket parts for, what I believe to be, fair market value. It also came with a 3 month warranty on the engine. This wasn't some bull **** sale that you find in someone's driveway where you can kiss your ass goodbye if something happens to the car around the corner as you are pulling away.

Now, I apologize for the car taking some time. There were delays on both ends and we are not perfect (nor is any other shop for that matter). Your car got caught up in an extremely busy time for us. We are in the middle of doing a lot of expanding of both the shop's abilities and the staff along with reorganizing the garage to be able to handle the increased work load.

VR4-life. Yes, I've had cars sit for a year or more. They are cars owned by myself, emilie, or my business partner. If there is a customer's car that has been here for over a year, please come by and pick it out because I would love to see it.... I must have misplaced it.

AND IT'S HANS WITH AN S. Hell, it's even in my username!!!!

I'm not judging you as a person Hans. I've heard great stuff about you from LVDSM and such but your shop hasn't had the best of comments. Plus I only really trust JNZ with my stuff. Don't take it personally. Just work on your image as a shop. Hell I've even heard sketchy stuff about JNZ it happens.

This is one entertaining thread though. It's like a pissing match to see who can piss farther. I bet twastheglow and I will win!!

He said he doesn't want to speak with me. I am the only one around here with the time to sit and talk with customers on the phone. Lately... I've been busier than usual, it happens. We told him the situation the last time we spoke with him... about a week ago. Things have only gotten more hectic since then.

If he doesn't want to talk with me... then so be it. I'm not going to argue with him. But Hans doesn't have time to explain to him exactly what I've told him, or could tell him myself.

This car was clean when we gave it to him. We even replaced the rear bumper for him because the paint was chipped up.

The interior wasn't perfect... but it was in decent condition.... and in better condition then a majority of these interiors.

See... this is why they don't have enough time to answer the phones at the shop. They're too busy arguing over the internet

BTW, those pictures were taken less than a week before he picked it up. The car was in beautiful condition overall.

it was damn near that shiny when he picked it up. sunlight and flash make it look a little shiner than it was. Nothing that a nice fresh coat of wax wouldn't solve.... but the body was virtually ding and dent free, had a few scratches, and a scuff on the front bumper, but otherwise very clean and straight. It's now scuffed up on the front bumper, turn signal is cracked, paint is dull and rough, sideskirt is popped off....

He was when I posted.... Not that it's any concern of yours.
