Help picking a NEW TV

I finally got tired of my old school TV and am looking for an upgrade. I've been looking and have found a tv that I like which is

http://www.target.com/Samsung-720p-L...DTV%20LN32B350

Now can someone tell me why its $100 cheaper at walmart? Am I missing something cause It's the same model (Samsung 32" 720p LCD HDTV (LN32B350)) and I dont see nothing else included at target that walmart doesnt include.

Also, Im buying a ps3 as well so would this be a good TV for it as well? I know its not a 1080p but its something nice and affordable for me at the moment.

Is there something better for around the same price $550 or under with the same size or bigger? I keep thinking the walmart one is a good deal.
