TST Ruined My Life!

Julie's loser ex...
Wrecked their co-signed car in May. Won't sign the insruance paperwork. They offered close to the payoff of the loan which is more then I expected being that I see the car selling for less then that everyday. Since then, interest has been accumulating on the loan and now there is atleast $1200+ difference and gettign worse every day.
We got the bank to differ the loan for 2 months because the insurance company was initially being really slow about it. Now he won't return calls or emails form us, the bank, or the insruance. Now the loan payments are due and there is no resolution i nsight. We spoke to the bank and they offered to repo the car so they can accept the insruacne money without his approval. We are still deciding if the repo is thebest action. Any advise?
