TUNER NEEDED Near Reading PA

Hey all,

New to these boards. Just picked up an 04 WRX. SR30, injectors, FMIC and some other stuff. ECUtec tune. Anyway, need a QUALIFIED shop in or around the Reading area. Willing to travel some. Again, I'm REAL fussy about the car so the shop has to be excellent and know their stuff.

I also need a shop to set the ride height of my car and align it properly. READ without the alignment heads messing up my expensive Rays rims.

I further need an excellent body/paint shop to correct the crappy sideskirt installation job.

All shops must be grade A, #1 quality.

What do you guys have for me?

Thanks.

Kurt

Head south on Route 10 about.... 35 minutes and you can get to Ferocious Motorsports (formerly Xotic). However if you want a proper tune you will have to get on the wait list as you have to schedule ahead. They do ECUtek there as well

For a tune I would head to Andy at Xotic and nobody else. For everything else you might need there is Area1320 right down 22 in Nazareth. You come off as a little arrogant btw, you might get a better response if you change how you say things. Nobody willingly takes their car to someone who is going to screw it up, well except the ones that head to TurboTrix lol. On a sidenote you should bring you, your WRX, Ray, and his rims to a meet in Allentown sometime.

Andy (formerly at Xotic now at Verocious Motorsports, wich is moving to Wilmington DE begining of may) is a mad scientist at tuning. He is the man to see to get your Subaru tuned in this area.

Cool guys thanks for the tips. Verocious seems like the hot shop. Too bad they're moving but I don't expect to be in and out of the shop all that often. I will check into them.

I may also check out Force One and Area 1320. Thanks as well.

To the guy that called me arrogant -- not trying to be that way AT ALL. I've worked in the automotive service industry for 15 years. I can count the really great techs I know on one hand. So was just trying to weed out any questionable recommendations. I totally agree that the next guy out there may not be as fussy as me and may be happy with another shop. Hey man when's the next Atown meet? I can bring Rex, Ray, Bride and a couple of their friends.

Thanks again guys.

I would Highly recommend checking out Area1320. I dropped my car off to them after many problems with another shop. The car ran like crap and there where numerous things wrong. After a few days of having the car ryan had it running better then ever before. He also fixed all the previous "mechanics" screw ups. They know what they are doing!!!!!!

I went from this

After Force One got done........I now have this

They do amazing body work!!!!! Sorry to Hijack the thread but I thought I would at least let ya see an example of their work.

Hey Jake. Wow great response. I feel like you may be the one. The car's well put together and has been tuned in NJ by Automasters. I just would like another take on a couple of things. By the time I could get with you though you'll have moved to DE no?

To CNFX: That looks like a pretty trick paint job. How is it up close and how is the fitment of the body kit? May need to check out Force One. Like I said side skirts fit a bit tight and somebody did a not so nice job of fitting the front bumper after the FMIC install. My biggest concern is matching the paint.

All good stuff guys. Many thanks.

That is unless you know some people.

<<<<No cats, mufflers or resonators, foot long crack in my windshield and 4 bald tires yet I still passed PA emissions and inspection.
