NEW (BMW E38 Inside)

Whats up, my names Mike. Im from Wilmington Delaware and this is my 2001 BMW 740iL I bought last September.

When I first got it:

First real mods were 2 Kicker Comp 12's powered by a Pioneer GM-6200F amp and 18% tint.

Didn't do much during the winter because I had to replace my alternator, water pump and central support bearing.

Eventually picked up one of these:

Then got a hold of some Plasti-Dip and Nightshade:
Kidney Grills

Sidemarkers

Rear "740iL" badge

Decided to pick up some new lighting at the beginning of the summer so I got some of these:

And a pair of these:

And ended up with:

Thats pretty much where she sits right now. Next mods are either some FK Highsport or NEX SS coilovers and Uminitza Angel Eye's.

More Random Pics:

C&C Welcome. Sorry for the crappy cell phone pics. Thanks for looking.

Thanks, it belonged to my neighbor. Would always check it out every day I left my house. Never thought I'd end up owning it some day.

Not at this time. It is mostly stock with a 1.5 inch drop. Is is currently a DD. The DWP I just sold to my brother and he will be building that.

The 740 is a really nice car and IMO is one of the best bang for a buck, baller rides. Yours looks clean and please don't make it an ebay special with a ton of chrome, like some other I have seen.

Sick bro, IS300's are one of my favorite types of Lexus's besides the GS300.

Thanks again. I actually plan to do the complete opposite. I already have the shadowline window trim, painted the grills and rear badge matte black, and I plan to go with brushed aluminum wheels to compliment the matte black look.
