This is a corner unit so it’s the biggest one in the development.

I’m redoing the place now so when you move in it will be emasculate. Ask JasterM5 he was there yesterday

Rent usually is 1200, but for friends and fam it will be 1100, and i cover water/sewer will. Peco is all you :)

I do run credit history checks and a police report so be honest I will find out. i am a fair landlord and do understand **** happens sometime. But the second you start BSing me I’m changing the locks and all your **** will be out on the street.
