The "Call out of Work" Thread
 

Ok so lets see who has the best/worst lines they have used to call out of work before..Doesn't matter if it's f^(k'd up or not...Lets hear em.......

I guess I'll start

"Yea umm I'm not gonna be able to make it in because I got the $hit'$ from something I ate...":lol:

"I got hit by a car"...no lie I used it this last sunday

"My sister was in an accident, the truck she was in rolled over." Did happen, but a couple years before using the excuse.

"Someone hit me while I was driving in."
I have sooo many..lol

i got a flat tire and i cant make it..i actually used this line before

Before i got in the military, I would get bored with my jobs and start calling out ALOT. That's how I knew it was time to move on. lol..

Im telling your boss

"I had oysters last night..."

the best by far...
"I got anal glaucoma, and I just can't see my @ss coming into work today."

how does that work? even a girl knows how to put a spare on?

I called out yesterday.

"Chris, I'm taking a personal day today. See ya Friday."

ahahah

or the whole..
"i got lymsse disease yo! peace!"

i don't need an excuse, have way too many personal/vacation/admin leave days

I don't have to give an excuse either. Something I said before though, "do you hear that? That is the ocean. I wont be in tomorrow."

excuses are only needed when you don't have vacation days, or work in a company that requires someone to sign-off and give the OK for the time off.

The company/department I work at now is like that.

I have a feeling that at my, possibly, new job that won't be the case once I have vacation days accrued.

I found out I have nipples to play with, so I'm not coming to work today.

lol, i called into work on a monday (schedule wasnt posted sunday), i call in at 5pm, cause i slept in, and im like, am i scheduled this week?

"your supposed to be here right now"

oh... i see... i'm not coming in, i gotta eat something

"if you dont come in your fired"

ok then.. i quit, bye.

so then i go to the food place, and when i walk in my manager starts screaming at me about some ****, and she stormed out the back, so then i ordered food and ate with a friend...

i have community service to do and this is my last chance to do it or else i get a HUGE fine

i quit.

haha, why am I the only one who doesnt have to give excuses. I just call up and say I have something to do, and to use my PTO. lol

I only called out like 1 time in 3 years though. :rofl:
