I LOVE TOTD!! but, I love the hell bender (rt-28) even more.

I can not wait to go back to the Dragon this spring! I went in 08' and I had a blast. We stayed out in the woods though in Fontana Village so we are real close to the dragon, but pretty much right off of the Hell Bender.
Looks like you had a ton of fun. |

Night time and early morning is kind of wild down there. Especially with how the fog comes in certain areas.

We just bring the party to the woods haha. Plus the cabins we're in are pretty cool.
It's honestly really nice being away from the rest of the world for a few days. |

Cabins at Fontana have stoves, showers, a/c and heating, tv. They are pretty nice, I wouldn't consider it camping as much as a nice lodge.
