That's how I am. I like amsoil but I can easily get castrol edge at walmart for 25 bucks. Of course I never plan my oil changes in advance. lol

Hm. Just filled my mom's Legacy 2.5i up with RP a few weeks ago...

under normal driving conditions with proper drain intervals i wouldn't worry much about what oil the car has in it, IE for your mom's car.

Do you have a picture of what it looks like? I hear people talk about the German Castrol but I'm not sure what the visual difference is between the bottles.

Motul for the win, thats what i run in my built longblock issue free. also rallispec is the place to get it!!!!

Haha I can get Motul through my work and I can't even afford it at the price I get it at. Motul is up there though.
