Living out of state for a little over half the year. PA/NJ
Got a quick question. If I am to move to NJ from PA for 7 months out of the year, and move back to PA for the rest of the year, every year for the next 3 years, do I have to change residency each time? I think that would be rather ridiculous. Reason I am asking is because I am going to be going to school in NJ, but living in PA when I am not in school/ my unit is also in PA. My buddy I deployed to Iraq with is a Police Officer in NJ and said I would have to change residency. I argued I would not have to simply because a lot of college kids don't. What do you guys think? thanks for your input! Stay safe. |

living on campus?
its not at if your really establishing permanent residence not sure with NJ but in PA you have to change your stuff to PA within 30 days I don't see much point to keep switching back and forth but yes your are suppose to
