A full auto show prep detail of this well-known 2006 Subaru STi, boasting a Zero/Sports body kit and a GT3076 turbo under the hood putting out 410 whp on a very conservative tune!

The only downside to this car, which isn't a very big one at all, is the Subaru paint. As you can see it fell victim to many swirls and such..., due to it's softness, however we were able to fix that. Over the course of 3 1/2 days, and over 60 hours on this car and a Toyota Supra together, we were able to fully prep it in time for the auto show. Completed many of the finishing touches at the show and the pictures were taken at the crack of dawn in time for the trailer, so they may seem a bit dark, my apologies.

Process:
Menzerna 203 - Orange
Menzerna PO85RD - Green
P21S Paint Cleanser
Blackfire Wet Diamond Paint Sealant - Black
Pure Carnuaba wax

The car as it arrived:

The paint was then inspected after a full degreasing wash/prep, the healthiest readings were 103-105 throughout.

Now for the 50/50 shots, to show the real differences throughout the correction process

Managed to grab a few reflection photos before the trailer arrived

Here are the cars on the trailer, thanks to these guys they got to the show just as clean as they left!

Here they are, shortly after being unloaded by the Convention Center

They are down at the Philadelphia Auto Show this week, on display in the Shades of Gray tint booth in the DUB section. Check them out!

Thank you Bill, I really appreciate it, it was actually a very enjoyable detail. It was fun to do a car that is so well known/received, just glad I could be a small part of it! The look and the car is definitely your own, which sets it apart from the rest!

Great work nick, i thought my car was bad, I feel alot better about my paint and what can be done. I'd like to get mine done before the April 4th sonic meet. Do you have any openings?
