There's no reason your steering wheel should not be centered.
Take it to another shop.

ur alignment is done very wrong, it doesnt sound like they did anything right, and that is very cheap too cheap to believe they actually did an alignment

yeah it is messed up how shops try to get over on unsuspecting people, most shops dont operate the way mechanics shops used to, they used to try to take care of people, i dont know maybe its the economy

I'm a mechanic...our shop charges $74.99 for a one time alignment or $149.99 for a lifetime, where you pay that once and whenever you want you bring it back to get it reset again for free as long as you own the car. I agree that there are a lot of shady quick buck people out there, but don't hate on all of us lol. I take great pride in fixing my customers cars right and doing only the things it legitimately needs.

Post your readings if you have them. I'm willing to bet that your caster numbers are either nearly the same or your left side is more positive then the right. Try driving down the center lane or left lane of a highway where the road crowns to the left instead of the right. If that helps you track straighter, then you have a caster issue and I think there are companies out there that will have a camber/caster kit for a 08 civic (guessing that's the car we're talking about).
