well that lens is going to give you ****ty photos at anything over f11 so you might want to try again with the right settings and proper shutter speeds.

no need to shoot at ISO 400 on a sunny day, if you had the ISO lower the camera would've never gone to F20 even if you are using shutter priority

Does shooting at that high of an f-stop really hurt the images? I know it kills the DOF, but maybe he just wanted everything to be sharp.

However 400iso is unnecessary on a nice day like that.

Nevertheless, i think the pictures look good.

lens diffraction starts settting in after a certain f/stop and ruins quality.

Depends on the lens, camera (crop vs full frame) as well as other bits.

Glad to see you went shooting around NYC. It was a beautiful day today.

there, numbnuts. stfu. i wasnt talking out my ass, and i wasnt being a dickhead. i asked a question and stated a truth about his shots. howa bout you go read some **** before you come in here and call me a dickhead you silly ****

Captain- on better quality lenses you can approach f16. it is widely recommended to stay around f11. 3rd party lenses, such as sigma really shouldnt be taken above f8 or 9.
