ka24de rebuild kit?
and I don't have the coin/need to drop $1500 ( My goals are pretty much slap a T25 on and maybe 10lbs of boost max. No real HP goals. I want a fun street car that I can drift now and then. Anyone offer somethin like this?

1. the stock ka is fine for drifting.
2. do not put a t25 on a ka24de. you'll be slower than t25 sr's. that turbo is too little

the stock motor can hold up to 8lbs of boost the stock rods are good to 300hp so what i would do is slap a set of forged pistons and some arp rod bolts and some arp head studs and slap a garret gt28 its bigger than a t28 but will still spool quick and be all the fun that u need

I'll upgrade it later then if I'm really unhappy.
I'm looking more for the low-end boost anyways, as most of my driving is either short sprints or highway cruising. Regardless I could just buy a new oil gasket, and turbo it now, but I'd rather just take the extra little step to insure that my engine doesn't go ka-put on me at any point in this.
