ipod under helmet

hey officer i was wondering for a while is it legal to listen to an ipod under my helmet while im on my bike? is there some sort of volume limit? thanks! by the way was that one pitcture of a cop busa? it looked like a busa tail but with a gixxer 1000 tail fairing... cool looking too! also is it true that the "cop package" on the chargers are the most basic model? or should i not be asking that. because a dealer at a dodge place told me they arent even the r/t's... im a little bummed out to hear that! just wanted to make sure

You can only have one ear bud in when your on your bike, same as in a car. I don't know what the story is behind the bike in my avatar, I saw it one day surfing the net and was like whoa thats ballin so I used it. I have a feeling it was built as a show bike by a shop it doesn't have saddle bags or anything to be a functional patrol bike. As for Chargers it depends on the department some get the V6s and some get the V8s.
