I'm buying a car from Maryland this weekend and the car is inspected and registered in Maryland... Would it matter if I went to a Tags place in Maryland and got the car registered in PA? Could I do that?

I know I would have to get the car re-inspected, thats not a problem. Can I register a car in a different state than where the Auto Tag place is?

pretty sure you'd have to get it to PA first. When I bought my car in FL, I had to get the car home before I registered it a PA car.

oh and once you get it registered, you have 7 days to get it inspected so you dont need to do that first if that might be a problem. PM me if you have any other questions as i'm not gonna post publicly some of the things i did lol
