Ok guys sorry I have not posted this earlier, but I have been busy as crap. But after talking with some forum members we finally settled on a date. We will do it Sunday July 1st, We are gonna try and grill this time, so what I ask is as I make the list, if you can contribute supplies, tell me in your post, and I will update the list.

Date: Sunday July 1, 2007

Time: 11 am, and we will get the grills going by 12

Ridley Creek State Park
350 Gradyville Rd
Edgmont, PA

Supplies Needed: Donations are highly welcomed, so PM me if you can help out! Thanks.

hamburgers( we need 4 dozen so if people want to go halves let me know)
hotdogs turbo4g63
hamburger/hot dog rolls
cheese
hot roast beef/chicken fingers
ketchup/mustard
paper plates/napkins Boostedfury
red cups/forks/knives(all plastic please)
chips/snacks
a few trash bags
lettuce/tomato( have tomatoes already sliced, and lettuce cleaned) soda(cans)
Teacooler/Lemonade
A few 1/2 gallons of wawa drinks
a few empty coolers/ lots of ice
GRILL J.Ralli

At this meet, I understand I as well as others love to do stupid crap, but at this location, if we want this successful, no burnouts or fly bys. Just come in park, and have some food and chill. Also I want to organize a wiffle ball game, and I would like to do a couple teams depending how many people show, and do a tournament all day.

I'll be there. But in Upper Providence there is a good chance the cops will show up just because the amount of "Tuner" type cars that'll be there. Did anybody check if we are allowed to Bar-B-Q there?

ok guys we have an issue we cant grill at rose tree park, and their is already a concert there...so we will still meet on July 1st, but we need a location.suggestions welcomed
