Cel?

today i was drivin like a dick down 213 racing a tc, already had him but wanted to go faster winded 4th gear all the way out hit the rev limiter(does my gsr have one) n i shifted real quick into 5th. as it went over the red line and hit my rev limiter a cel came on. is this because it will do that in any gear for hittin the rev limiter

it should be your o2 sensor. and no the cel doesnt come on when you hit the rev limiter, unless you have been sitting on it for a couple minutes

you can also do the short out trick and read the cel code by watching the cel light flash.

click here on a how too

it's super easy and good to know for instances where you can't get it read by a reader.
