Dude, to many kids have Nardi and personal wheels at the shows. That's why im selling mine. No one rocks Key!s racing because they don't want to spend $400 on a steering wheel.

Longer is better. In all applications a nice close wheel makes driving easier. O ya we have Works Bell too.

The boss is a works bell hub. It's a short style hub for sure.

This isn't evo specific but...

Ussually two torx bits on the backside of the steering wheel. Pull the airbag out, disconnect from clock spring. Break big nut loose in the middle (leave it on a few threads though). Attach steering wheel puller, tigheten down until wheel pops off, unthread bolt, viola steering wheel off.

Note: This is a general procedure I have used on a few different cars, it may vary on the Evolution. Make sure you check the service manual for ways to disable the airbag, sometimes you just pull fuses, other times you disconnect the negative for a certian period of time, and finally sometimes a combination of both.

disconnect the battery and turn on all the lights ( i know i know, theres no power why turn on the lights)
by turning the lights on after the batterys been disconnected it drains any remaining current that may be just hanging around, which could make the airbag go off in your face.

then just follow the procedure for removal.. im not sure whats involved exactly with the evos as ive never done one. But ive dont it in many other cars and its usally pretty simple and straight forward.
