you could just slot it and use a screwdriver

Or if it's too far inset to slot it, you could hit it with a some penetrating oil and use an ez-out. You can find them at Home Depot as "Stripped Screw Removers" Just remember to go REAL SLOW with it. If you break the thing off, yer boned.

Okay I will hit the Depot... It is pretty far inset, but I guess I can try slotting it first, won't hurt much if the slot gets messed up except making it basically flush with the aluminum. Thanks for the info guys..
