D16z6 Map Sensor problem..

I recently got my crx with a blown head gasket turned out to be blown motor so I swapped another d16z6 into. Same year and same obd. Only problem I have is, I think the old motor was tunned without a map sensor because I can't find it on my harness. My question is you think its safe to block off my map sensor and just get it tuned again?

you will need the map sensor hooked up since the stock ecu will need vacuum readings

make sure you didn't mix MAP and I think IACV? I forget (its been a while) but I believe those two have the same harness clip design.
