OFFICIAL Reading (Berks County) Caravan to the 6th Annual Spring Meet 5/12

We'll be coordinating this again with other crews and will be meeting off of 422 near Exeter in the Walmart parking lot. Last year we had about 30 vehicles cruising with us.


When: Saturday, May 12th
Where: Walmart Parking lot in Exeter
5900 Perkiomen Avenue, Reading, PA
Meeting Time: 8:30AM
Leaving Time: 9:00AM
Destination: Warminster Community Park
E Bristol Rd & Hatboro Rd
Warminster, PA

Here's the directions that we'll be taking: (Note: There will be toll roads so bring EZ-Pass or Cash for the tolls.)
- Head East on US-422 /Benjamin Franklin Hwy towards King of Prussia
- Take I-76 E briefly and merge onto I-476 N toward Plymouth Mtg (Toll Road)
- Take I-276 E toward New Jersey (Toll Road)
- Take exit 343 onto PA-611 N/Easton Rd toward Doylestown
- Turn right onto Blair Mill Rd
- Turn right onto W Moreland Ave
- Turn left onto Jacksonville Rd
- Turn right onto E Bristol Rd
- Take the 2nd right onto Newtown Rd
- Arrive at Warminster Community Park

edit: Not sure if I'll be there, I forgot I have my tonsillectomy on April 18 so I'm pretty sure I'll be in rough shape 4 days after and loaded up on pain killers. However, my girlfriend offered to drive my car and I would go along for the ride. If I feel up to it I will be there otherwise there's always next year.. :/

Are there plans to stop and meet up with the KOP crowd, or just continue on to Warminster?

There are currently no plans to meet up with the KOP Caravan.
However, the KOP Caravan will be taking the same route as us once we get off 422.
Based on the time we are leaving & the time the KOP Caravan is leaving, we may actually run into them on our way to Warminster.

If you really want to meet up with the KOP Caravan, then you can just branch off once we are in the KOP area and head over the KOP Caravan meeting spot.
