Ive seen this car on here before can anyone confirm?

http://allentown.craigslist.org/cto/2848196122.html

I inquired about trading my bike for this guys talon. I know I have seen it on here before. Ive seen that garage in one of the threads on here i just cant find it in a search. I know its the guy who buys and sells a lot of dsms as that garage is pretty freakin sick. This guy said he has owned the car for 4 years and built it from the bottom up. Can anyone confirm that this guy is not telling the truth perhaps the guy whos garage this is?

I like to do my research before jumping into anything especially with dsms.

Thanks

That's his garage but doesn't seem to be one of his for sale ads.

Thanks Chip and everyone else ! Chip is right

This car has been at my garage for some work a few months back. It needed a new crank sensor !

The car is actually sitting at my garage as of this past weekend aswell. It's now getting new brakes/cross-drilled/slotted rotors, And a 3" downpipe to finish off the rest of the exhaust. From what I understand, The owner of it told me it is a built car. I can confirm this tomorrow if it's needed, Being I can pull the spark plugs and check the pistons. I can also check the clutch/flywheel if needed to see what it has in it. the trans in the car looks brand new. The car has basically no rust/rot.

The owners name is Eric. He's definatly a good, Honest person. I met him because of him bringing the car to my garage for any work/maintance he ever needs (he lives about an hour away), So that's how I know the car. I just drove it this morning and it runs great.

The only thing I hate about the entire car is the weird seat covers over the grey leather, Ha ha ! They constantly move/fall off the seat when you sit in them.

Hey, Thank you for the response! From my conversation back and forth with him he seems like an honest guy, he isn't sure if he really wants to get rid of it after you do all the work to it. I am kinda hoping he does haha. I'm especially more interested now that I know your the one doing the work as I know from your projects on here you are a class act. If you wouldn't mind checking those things out that would be great. I haven't gotten into to many details with him as of yet since he is unsure. But I just wanted to check here because I knew I recognized your garage from a thread on here but didn't know the user name.

Actually now that I just realized it, I sold him the transmission, When the car was at a shop getting a trans installed. That's how I met him. He then started bringing it to me because when he picked it up from them it was running in their lot and the crank sensor gave out and they basically told him if he don't remove the car from the lot they will charge him. he then found me and the rest is history.

I'll take a bunch of pictures of the car tomorrow for you and i'll check the engine/drivetrain parts and get pictures of all that aswell. I know it has zero strut tower rust/rot !
