I think it's suppose to run high 14s low 15s. I wouldn't get rid of the G35 for it. There is only a few people out there with them.

The front windshield is too slanted back for my tastes.

hey guys...i've been on the site for a while...just have been absent for like 3 months. But...my G35 is leased and i am looking to buy my next car. My lease is up in less than 3 months and my budget is like 20 - 25K. And i dont want a used car. So...i think that the Si is the best bang for the buck. i hear MANY great things about the car.
Im located in Holland, PA...right outside of NE Philly. Any meets going on? i havent been out to one of the meets yet...i def wanna come out and meet some people.
But...back to the civic...you can get them pretty loaded. Navi, 18 inch rims and summer tired, body kit, 180whp K20 engine, sunroof, etc. Although...the windsheild is pretty slanted...i still like the car all the way around.

you could do a lot with 20-25k....I dont wanna sound like a fanboy....

but would a WRX be out of the question? 2.5l puts out around 200whp stock..better gains to be bad from modding a turbo car.

also, I didnt realize that the new Si would be putting 180 to the road...is this true?

Bring out the saturn in me have you looked at the saturn red line? There really nice cars and put 210 on the ground stock. Plus a vendor on here is working on a whole mess of products for the LSJ motor that can be found in the saturn redline/cobalt SS

Acura RSX-S is would what I would do if I had 25K. I think they are redesigning the 2007 models but no one has seen any photos yet. The Si is nice too but I like the styling of the the Si better. WRX is also not a bad choice. Like Black said Red Line or Cobalt SS might be looking at.

leftover srt-4's should be about 18k and put more to the ground than the redlines, cobalts, and wrx's. you want bang for the buck.. there it is.

What? Sir go get you a G35 coupe, G35x, WRX, S2K, 92-X, or a 350z. Not to dump on civics cuz I like em but $20-$25 can be spent better than a new SI.(Now if this was the Euro type R that would be a different story all together)

Taint nothing wrong with a slightly used car especially if it comes with a warrantee. Cars depriciate the moment you drive them off the lot. Some people Drive them for a few days then decide they want something else.

Or better yet save your money and wait for the GTR to come to the U.S. It was supposed to be here this summer but plans were delaye (Nissan always playing with my emotions)

Wow...alot of options there guys. But, im not into American cars...so that gets rid of Saturn and SRT-4. And with the WRX, my friend has one...the interior is very plain. Im not in the car just for the speed. I want a car that's pretty nice all the way around.
As for getting a used car...its out of the question. Ive had a few friends get "Slightly" used cars plenty of times and something just had to go wrong. Its bad enough i put up with ALOT with my G. As for the RSX-s...Yea...they're nice...but they dont have Navi available...and my best friend has one. I dont feel like driving the same exact car as my best friend.

nothing wrong with gettin a used car...granted, a new one is better. you can always find one you like and have it checked by a trusted mechanic. Just a question...how old are you? you seem young (im young so im not trying to flame)...Just wondering

I'm 20. I thought about getting a used car...but i honestly i would much rather just get a new one. My lease is up in a little less than 3 months...i think im just gonna wait the 3 months to see what comes to me.
