What wideband do you use?
What setup do you use and what sensor does it use (bosch/ntk/etc)? Also, how long do you have to go before replacing the sensor? And if possible, how did it compare to your tuners high end unit (motec/aem)? I'm new to widebands for the most part so its kinda overwhelming me at the moment. The 3 im considering so far is: FJO, Innovate LC1, PLX m300. I'm looking for something that is accurate/best bang for the buck, and be able to handle occasional street driving. Any input from personal experience would be awesome! |

I used an Zeitronix unit in my MR2 without any issues. Keep in mind the sensor was at the end of the downpipe. < 3 feet from the turbo lol. The car Im getting this weekend has a PLX unit and the previous owner has raved about it ever since I started talking to him. Unfortunately no personal experience with it but I hear nothing but good things about them

I use the Innovate LC1 an my tuner loves it. It's worked great since I've bought it 1 years ago *knock on wood* an the cars I've seen my tuner work with all seem to have it too.

I do like the lc-1 myself, but I've heard mixed reviews about the bosch sensor it uses. I also like the price of it.

Seem fine to me I'm sure if there was any serious issues we would have found out quickly hitting it with the shot.

I have an AEM Uego in my Z and have had good luck with it. The sensors fail as often as any others, but are easy to replace. They go much quicker if you run leaded race gas.
