I was driving along today and my CEL came on. this occurred a few months ago and it just happened to be a loose gas cap and it went away after I had tightened it up. I did the same thing tonight and it's still on.

I'll see what happens after a few cycles of the ECU, but in case it doesn't go away by fri night/sat morning, does anyone have an access port for the '06-'07 imprezas, and if so, would it be compatible with a 2.5i and could we meet up really quick sometime on saturday?

I just want to know what is causing it to come on and possibly reset it if it's something minor

just go to an autoparts store and have them check it with the obdII scanner, free and painless.

I guess it was a loose gas cap again because everything is fine, now. Wo0t!!
