SuperSlow's 05 Turbo Swapped SS
ZZP turbo exhaust manifold Garrett 50 trim t3/to4e custom catless downpipe 3" CTI catback Tial 38mm WG w/external dump custom 3" turbo intake custom 2.5" hot and cold side piping w/ 3" MAF housing ZZP 50mm BOV (Tial knockoff, works just as good and a 1/3 of the price) CX racing intercooler RD Fabs intake manifold 80 lb/hr injectors JM Fabrications catch can Hallman Pro MBC custom tuned by me using HPtuners The car is running at 22 psi of boost currently. My stock clutch is smoked so as soon as I replace that I plan on getting dyno numbers. From looking at other similar cars. They are putting down in the 330-350 whp range. I do have plans in the future for a larger precision turbo and just re-doing some things to clean everything up a bit. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Have you thought of lowering it? From the pictures, looks like you could go a few inches

Did you tune eddies car a few weeks back? If so, this is one clean swap in person!

Yeah I tuned eddie's car. I'm still riding on the stock suspension right now. Not sure if I want to lower it with springs though. I'm waiting for some for this company to come out with some trans. upgrades so I can beat on it at the track. I'm looking for mid 12's how the car sits and 11's with a bigger turbo.

22 psi of boost with stock internals? is that safe for this motor? I have no idea...

That's why I said IDK, I'm too preoccupied talking to him when I'm in the car to pay attention to his boost gauge...

22 psi is def. safe on this motor. There has been 1 car pushing 30 psi from a S362 making over 500 whp on a completely factory long block. If eddie is pushing 20 psi from that supercharger there is a problem somewhere like a clogged cat or something. I believe when I tuned him I was logging somewhere in the 16 psi range.

Nice setup! I'll have to keep an eye out for you in the warminster area.
You couldn't of kept the S/C and went with a twin charge setup? What kind of clutch will you be putting in it?

Yes I def. could have kept the sc and went twincharged but I'm not rich and selling all the parts really help offset the price of switching over and there are a lot of headaches with tuning a twincharged car. I'm going with a cluchmasters stage 4 sprung 6 puck clutch.

^^true about the 22 psi but I tune my own car so I know whats going on with it. Switching to some sort of return style or boost referenced fuel system is more of a luxury than a necessity until I start pushing the 400 whp mark. With the 80 lb/hr injectors in the car now I'm only seeing 65% duty cycle with an 11.5 afr at 7000 rpm. Now that it's starting to get a little colder out I'm going to probably turn the mbc down back to 15 psi.
