Was that question for me? As far as the Sonic cruise goes, I work every weekend and I couldn't get off.

And were you referring to Jspek taking pics on the Sonic cruise? That would be cool, but I haven't been able to use my new DSLR nearly as much as I would like to and I haven't been able to/haven't wanted to take any pics of my car winterized. But I should be picking it up from the body shop (just getting dents in the hood fixed and resprayed) tomorrow and my boy billy (BlackDeathBGV6) just put his new front bumper and lip on so we were gonna try and do a shoot.

And just for the hell of it here is a pic I took of BlackDeathBGV6's '02 V6 Accord (now with a '98-'01 bumper and OEM lip)

Thanks man I try and keep it clean. I had a lot of pans for the car, but I recently decided that it would be wiser for me to put my money towards a new car with much lower mileage than to keep putting money into modding the teg. It runs great and has been a very reliable DD for years now, but it is only getting older and higher in mileage so I think its about time to move on, as much as I can't bare to think about getting rid of it. But don't worry if I do end up with a new car it will most likely be an '05 or '06 RSX Type S.

And as for the wheels they are 16's.

Yeah you seem to be pretty active on the boards. Sound slike you have some really sweet plans for the DC5. NBP DC5's look so sweet lowered, and as for your other plans they sound good. I am assuming you plan on going with a RH and a K-pro tune?

Well anyways like I said above, I am looking to pick up a Magnesium Mettalic Type S, should be fun!

Jon, cool to see some pics of your old civic and the old teg, I have never seen what they looked like before. If it means anything I actually like your current GSR the best. I mean I know the TE37's were hot but other than that I like what the current ride is looking like even more.

i picked this up in 02 its been a good car not the fastest 15.0 @91 but it did good at the autox last year 2nd in sts out of 17 cars. last night i thought it was over, i was driving home from newark in the rain and all the sudden there is a river going across the highway 16" deep and a grand prix smashed into the fast lane devider . so the guy in front of me stops, my cold air sucks water and the car shuts off in the middle of this 30' wide rushing water.the guy behind me is on the horn for fear of getting rear ended so i open the door jumped in the water pushed the bitch like 30' to the shoulder while trying not to get hit by other people trying to blast through i waited like 10 min, it was hard to start but she fired up after 20 cranks spitting white smoke then it cleaned out and was fine. i made it home to PA with soaked shoes and pants (up to my knee) moral of the story she will never leave me stranded !!! http://i128.photobucket.com/albums/p190/kyleoty/DSCN0245-1.jpg

A lower mile motor, replace a ton of the maintenence stuff on it, and lots of driving and loving the 40-50 mpg it gets.

On the outside I'm going to respray the wheels, add the OEM lip, replace the flaking window trims, add some OEM mudflaps and antenna, replace the side skirts since one flew off, and I already sprayed the World Sport2 muffler black, and then it's golden for me.

Clean interior, shiny-new paint, good speakers, nice running car, couldn't ask for much more. Maybe speed, but this car would need drastic stuff for that, and then I would lose my amazing mileage. :cool:

Im old school. Yea I had 2 of my friends in the car one was teaching the other to drive stick...anyway together they were about 500lbs or so, and it lowered the car down to a 1-2 finger gap (i was too busy laughing at him stall to finger my fender gap haha), but it looked great.

Realistically, it wont happen anytime soon. The honda still has a lot of life left in it (given proper maintenance which I do), so Il slowly keep putting in work on it, and save for w.e I decide to get next. Its slow, but I like it because there are a lot of things out there for it..not speed wise though unless I decide to go big with turbo or swap or spray (not gona happen). First I want to get er lowered and see how things go from there. I saw how its gona look with my friends in the car lowering it down, and I loved it. Thanks for the compliment.

w.e you do, keep the wheels, lips and wing..it looks so great from factory..i only wish they came with HID that would have been hot

The lips are definitely staying and the wing will most likely stay for a while atleast. But I am definitely shaving the "civic" and "Si" emblems off the trunk lid and will definitely be switching out the stock wheels for something much nicer eventually and just using them as my winter wheels.

I wish they came stock with HID's also but oh well, it is still just a civic. I'll eventually retrofit the headlights with a TSX or TL projector most likely.

like CleanNeon98 said keep those things i would say get rid of the wheels tho in favor of the HPerformance ones from factory :)

Eh, I like the HFP wheels and all but they are too common, and wheels to me are somewhere where you can make your car your own and different, and thats what I plan on doing.

i dont like the new hfp wheels. some enkei rpf1's would look good on there

I'm not a huge fan of the spoke design on the HFP wheels either I like the older EP-R5 HFP wheels better to tell you the truth. As far as the Enkei rpf1's go I have considered them because they are a great name brand quality wheel that is light and affordable but I think I am going for a slightly different style.

I actually went out and got like 20 of these stickers made. I love them and when i hit up a few car meets i get some nasty looks. HA I LOVE IT. I can always tell who is supported by there parents after they read it and see there expression. I never had anything handed to me so this is my way of sayin ha i did this all by my self.

We'll see, where the car sits now in the last two pics, is as low as it can go without having a reverse rake and lowering the rear more.

I know guys ride dumped daily driven but I'm happy with my height now. I drive it everyday and I've already put 14k miles on the car since March, and come January I'll be commuting to a new job and driving even more, so I'm just trying to keep it fun but practical for now.

More than likely some nice wheels, some audio work, and some bolt-ons...

Who knows....for now I just work on other people's Hondas....I kind of grew out of the whole econobox thing. That car was cursed, I had to replace the entire front end twice and had it broken into a few times and I haven't even owned it a full year.

it started overheating a lot so i took off the trim piece to get some more air flow to the rad, and it surprisingly fixed the problem...

when i get to the point where my car is completely done and i am happy with the whole setup inside and out, i may just take the JDM H22 out and throw in an H23A longblock instead of building the H22A. i'd rather have an untouched motor that makes more power from the factory than have a built motor that i'll have to F' with.

Yea, the stock motor is the downfall to these cars...I have an 05 but once I boosted it and produced 270whp, 240trq, it made the car so much more fun. I'll try to post a pic of my updated ep tonight.

ill rephrase.. they are the worst. the mcphearson suspension on those cars isnt anywhere as good as on the 06+, but it still wont hold up against the old double wishbone suspension

Yeah I hear that, my CRX was better, my 89 Si was better, my 94 hatch was better... **** my SVX and both of my beater Legacy wagons were better. The shifter and the seats are excellent though. You have to admit that much.

a friend of mine just bought the identical car.. black V6, 6spd, black leather, navi, etc. he doesn't have the OEM lip kit though. they're such nice cars. pretty damn quick too. Tein springs are his only aftermarket parts as of now. it's a real nice ride.

yeah he's BB4_H22A on here. the name refers to the other car, he's got a real clean '94 Prelude with an H22A in it. he's on so many different forums that he just might be on that accord forum already lol. if not, i'll definitely tell him to join. he's doing a lot of little mods to the accord before anything major. he just bought E46 bi-zenon projectors, i'm going to help him retrofit the HID's into his headlights soon. he has been talkign about getting a JR supercharger too, but who knows.
