Anybody elses car get marked for Passover?

So I'm awakened around, well, now by a call from parents who just left my house and saw what looked like red paint all over the side of my car. Mind you I've only fallen asleep about 2 hours ago. Well I went outside saw the paint on the side of car( no real rage at this point as I am not really awake ). upon further inspection I stuck my finger in the paint and smelled it (like any good CSI would), smelled like the fake blood you would use for Halloween and since it was foggy this morning the moisture kept the blood from every really drying and wiped off pretty easily. It being an easy cleanup there was no real reason to get the popo involved for the vandalism.

So I've come to the conclusion that either someone marked my car for the passover or some drunk emo vampire kid puked on my car after realizing fake blood was indeed not real blood.

I've never heard of this before, interesting. Hopefully they didn't give your car AIDS.

its a possibility, hell anything is.

I'm just glad it was wet outside and it didn't have a chance to stain the paint.

that sucks... and is really weird. do you live in an area where vandalism normally happens? my township used to be pretty safe and relaxed but i'm hearing more and more dumb **** getting reported that teens are doing to ruin the good reputation of the area (smashing mailboxes, spray paint, breaking into cars, etc)

you're lucky about the weather stopping the fake blood or whatever from drying. def make sure theres no residue or any marks later in the day when it's easier to see

Now that I think about it, even though there may be no real damage, I would of atleast took pics and reported it. In case it becomes a prolonged issue with you are in your area, that way when someone eventually gets caught, they get the book slammed for beign dicks.

definatly would've reported that. I dont recall vandalism being a part of Passover so i would come to the conclusion someone targeted you. How many other cars on your block were bloodied?

Honestly don't know if there were any other cars marked in the area. I didn't get much sleep, so I wasn't really "aware" enough to do anything but go on instinct and get it off before it stained or something. Wish I had taken a photo as I had my phone with me but again I wasn't really awake...lol.

From Wiki

Quote:
In the story of the Exodus, the Bible tells that God inflicted ten plagues upon the Egyptians before Pharaoh would release his Hebrew slaves, with the tenth plague being the killing of all of the firstborn, from the Pharaoh's son to the firstborn of the dungeon captive, to the firstborn of cattle. The Hebrews were instructed to mark the doorposts of their homes with the blood of a spring lamb and, upon seeing this, the spirit of the Lord passed over these homes, hence the term "passover".
yeah I know it was a super vague joke. I'm sorry. 2 hours of sleep doesn't do much for the sense of humor.....lol. I probably should have stuck with the Vampire joke.
