I totally agree. I never met the guy yet he's willing to help me out. You don't find people willing to help like that very often.

all cars are different, i would recommend against pulling a generic map off the internet and putting it on your car, assuming it will work fine.
not telling you how to spend your money, but you own a $20k+ car... if $55 is make or break then i dont know what to tell you.

well thats what a wideband is for... I would monitor everything and do some tweaking afterwards... I've done tuning before... just never on my subie because I haven't had the money to buy the cable. Thanks for the input though

Ray, i got 3" TBE and 3" up-pipe all catless ... would i be good runnin this 55 stage 1 flash? also, would the car go on the dyno at all for tweaking or one pull for numbers?

nope 55.00 is simple a base flash that is recommended for people wanting more power out of a bone stock car. we do offer a 55.00 stage 2 for people running a tbe.

we also offer custom tuning that its tuned for your specific vehicle, road tunes are 180.00 and dynotunes are 150.00 more.

sounds good... ever had any major issues with the stage 2 flash + no tune? not forever but for a lil while? if not, id like to set something up relatively soon to get that done

never had any issues, our stage 2 off the shelf flashes are very safe, they are designed for people wanting more power who simply cant afford to go with a full tune it is more conservative than a custom tune however you will notice a huge difference and allows you to safely run a tbe and other mods. just like cobb does with the ots maps.
