Intake for a bigger turbo/ turbo ?. advice plz

I'll be getting the Blouch Dom 3. I currently have a perrin short ram, but will that suffice for a big turbo like the Dom 3? or should I get a Big MAF intake for my car.

And Should I get a cold air extension for w/e intake I get? Does it really matter since the car is intercooled?

Also does the Dom 3 come in either 2.4 in and 3 in inlets, or have I been misinformed? And which should I get?

yes Im already planning on deleting my tgvs. and I guess I will be going big maf. Is the cold air extension really worth doing or will the short ram big maf be good? I'm running a short ram now as is so I'd have to buy the extension.
