Paying for a Car

Hi Sarge,

Is it possible to make car payments even though the vehicle isnt registered or insured. the only reason i ask is because iam looking to buy a car soon and i wanna pay the car off before it gets to be to much with insurance and the registration.

if its a personal loan you can do what ever you like with the money if its a used car loan you must insure and register the car.
