I remember on the saab forum that the 9-2X guys were making a big deal about installing roof rails. Looks good.

I like this because that is exactly what mine would look like without rails (and different wheels.)

How long did it take? I know dancemf (guy with the blue wagon) did his, but I'm curious about other's experiences. Definitely something I want to do to my car.

it took about 1 1/2 hours, i knew where every bolt and screw was before i even began. if you need help, its no problem. it was a good bit of work, but is so worth it in the end.

Wow, they definitely look good without the rails.

But they don't look bad with em either.

Must be a Subaru thing..the looking good part, that is.

How much are you paying for the trim rails? After seeing how yours looks without them I'll definitely be doing it, and might contact you again for some help or something. Yeah silver wagons!

Yeah I would say about 2-3 hours.
Just take you time with the roof liner it bends real easy.
Looks good just make sure the holes are nice and sealed.

i work at a GM dealership, so i am gonna see if i can score some 9.2x trim rails at a discount, but if that doesn't work, subaruparts.com has them for $53 a piece.

how did you seal up your holes? i chose to fill them with a waterproof silicone that i had lying around my garage. let me know if you think this is a bad route to take.

thanks for all the props guys, soon i'll have the color matched sideskirts, i just bought them today, but it will be a little before i get them ready to put on. as of right now they are wrb, so i have to re-paint them.
