I asked what everybodys max bench was and today when I went for a jog I got curious again lol. What is your mile run time??

Mine is usually mid to high 7 minutes but today I got a low 8. Whats yours?

im in the high 6s if im going for time, distance i usually pace myself at around 7.5 min/mike for 10 miles usually, start slowing down after 7 miles tho..

I can keep my pace for 2 miles and then I start slowing down lol

When I wasn't fat, just under 8 minutes was my best. I think now I can walk a mile faster than I run one.

just wanted to say that at my highschool in WA the PE requirment to pass was being able to run a 15 minute mile, and yes some people failed rofl

Yea, there were a couple in my high school as well. My fastest highschool time was high 6's but that was because they made us run every day.

My fastest mile in high school was 6:37

School record was 5:45 or something

i was 6:30s too throughout highschool

i only do sprints and suicides now so not sure

when i ran track in hs my mile was mid 6min.. qualified for states in 400m @ 56 secs.

Best I ever did was a 7:05 mile in high school. I'm a better biker nowadays. I did 20.2 miles in a little over 2 hours a few Sundays ago.

threads like these are BS. ppl type whatever # they want, ill be a realistic and say 8 mins. i wont be "that guy" who says he does it in 30 seconds.....i see we have plenty already

its the "my dick is bigger than your dick type of thread". just like the how much do you bench thread, some people actually think people give a crap.

for the op, i dont do miles, im fat.

i did track in hs but i threw jav, few meets i did shot, and few longjumps. running long distance is for crazy peoples.

are we talking fastest ever? if thats the case then it would be 6:25. long story short, track coach was pissed at us one day during practice and had to do our warm up under 8 minutes.

but if its like now then hell maybe like 24 min? lol jk. i could prob pull a low 8 min hopefully.

lets talk 1/4 mile and 200 meter times

Honestly I don't know why everyone has to see these threads as who has a bigger wang. I don't see questions about fitness and health any different than the racing section, posting up 1/4 mile times and what not.

its cool man, some ppl only had to run a mile for gym class, while others did it for sports or they own personal health. but i like this thread.

I walked 11 miles in 4 hours. Can someone convert that to how long a mile running would take me?

Well i run 2 miles a day monday thru friday and 1 mile on sat. I don't usually run on sundays because those are the days that i have my games. My best time for 2 miles is 14:22 and that was just this thrusday. My personal best 1 mile time is 6:10 and that was done last week. hopefully i can bring my times down. I'm aiming for 2 miles in 14:00 and 1 mile in 6:00 by the end of the week.

Well I'll tell u what big guy, if its bs to u then don't post in it. Some people may be lieing but hey if its not u then u shouldn't give a damn. I know what i run and i have people to vouch for me.
