It's a PCB 48" it's def. a monster. I got it with the light, used, if i was buying new I would go smaller...

heavy post work on the eyes, but besides some softening on the skin and a few tweaks with the colors that's it. I also had to tweak the highlights a little bit, he light was a bit to powerful on the foreheads...

One thing I really don't like is the reflection on the soft box in the eyes... Since eyes were the focus of the shot I'm kinda mad that that reflection is there. I'm gonna do some research on how to prevent it and try again.

For the first image, I don't think the rim light is necessary. I wouldn't have used it unless I desired to separate the subject from the background. Then I would've used a wider lens and lessened the power on the flash.

Second image is a bit blow out on the right. Besides that, it's a great image. The third one is great as well. Nothing else I can see. The other stuff such as posing and chiaroscuro you will pick up as you develop your style. So far so good.

I find that some of the most random shots can actually be really interesting shots.

And also a few automotive shots from not too long ago.

Hey guys, I'm having camera issues I'm hoping one of you can help me with.

I'm shooting on a 60D and while in manual mode, my shutter will just change by itself to a bulb setting... it's a big pain i the ass because I don't realize it until I take the photo and when I'm when photographing an event it means I lost a potentially good moment.

If I turn the camera off and turn it back on it will work correctly for a few shots, then every now and then it will switch itself to bulb. I haven't tested shutter or aperture priority to see if happens there too yet.

If I'm in manual mode the setting should remain at the shutter I set, regardless of what the cameras metering, right?

I'm going to try to update or reinstall the firmware tonight, I was just curious if anyone has came across this issue before...

if the exposure is set past 30sec/requires longer time than 30sec it will go into bulb mode.

recently it has been happening, when I'm shooting with the studio strobes. so I'm usually at 1/250th (speed of the lights).

I'm begging to think that it might be caused by something on my hot shoe. It's only happened when I'm using my 430exII or cybersync trigger.
