I'm putting a custom turbo setup on my evo and i wanted to get a custom welded o2 housing (elbow off turbo)
I was hoping to install everything and then have someone come over to just tack up some piping to flanged while everything is on the car, then remove it to fully weld it.

if it makes sense I guess I would have everything off and jig it up hoping measurements are right.

Nate dog creations does that kinda stuff all the time. They're a vendor.

KHC, Nate dogg, and JMF I will vouch for all of them, but having someone come to your house to do it may prove difficult..
