I thought the whole point of putting up plywood on the outside was to protect the glass from flying debris. I guess they didnt get that memo.

they must expect the glass to break either way, and keeping the plywood on the inside will keep the insides clean lol dunno

maybe its a picture of the inside of a building thats made to look like the outside of a building

Probably nowhere to mount the plywood on the outside if it is all brick.
