Mishimoto is growing! We have 3 new positions to fill:

Sales Representative
The Sales Representative is responsible for qualifying new customer leads, and transitioning qualified prospects to the Sales Manager. Our ideal candidate will be passionate about the lead qualification process to identify new customers and prospects. Our ideal candidate will possess an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or related field and 1-2 years of sales support experience, CRM experience and outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

Draftsperson
The Draftsperson creates detailed CAD models and drawings in Solidworks from physical prototypes and samples. The Draftsperson implements drawing revisions and Engineering Change Notices. The Draftsperson coordinates with Engineers and Project Managers to aide in answering manufacturing, capability, tolerance, and dimensional questions. Our ideal candidate will possess Minimum 2 years’ experience creating models and drawings in Solidworks. Solidworks certification is a plus. A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a technical field and an understanding of basic manufacturing processes.

Market Research Coordinator
The Market Research Coordinator is responsible for conducting market research, data collection, and analysis in support of product development and engineering strategy. The Market Research Coordinator also regularly monitors forum activity to identify market trends and consumer comments, and represents the company by responding on these forums as needed. The Market Research Coordinator will present findings and recommendations to upper management. The incumbent is also responsible for monitoring and reporting statistics of released products. Our ideal candidate will possess Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Market Research or Analytics, previous experience in a related automotive aftermarket environment, 1-2 years’ experience managing market research projects, and an understanding of basic research methodologies and results interpretation.
