New guidlines for posting in the "Ask the Law" section, please read before posting.

1. The TST Police Officers are here to help clarify the law and how it may apply to you, he is NOT here to give legal advice. With that in mind, please do not ask him for advice on how to get out of a ticket or anything similar.

2. TST does not condone illegal activity, so for your safety and ours please do not discuss any obviously illegal activities here.

3. The officers are here lending us a hand on their own free time. Please show respect to them both as police officers and as very helpful volunteers to TST. They will respond as soon as they get a chance, so please be patient.

4. When starting a new thread, please explain your situation and/or question as completely and thoroughly as possible, including the state you live in or of the where the question pertains to. Laws can vary state by state so the more detail you give surrounding the situation the better.

5. New threads will be moderated in an effort to keep the quality of the forum up, and if they are not genuine questions they will be closed. If there is any disrespect or mockery in the post, infraction points may be assigned.

5. If you fail to follow these guidlines your thread will be locked and or deleted.
