IIRC, 2g run 48psi stock. Add boost to that (15-19) and your up to almost 70psi.

Good luck with it.

Which is funny considering I know of a local 1g who runs 12's with a missing wheel stud....hrm I am so surprised his wheel hasn't flown off during one of his many 12 second passes.

The wheel won't necessarily fall off, but having all the lug nuts installed, and evenly torqued can stop warped rotors and other balancing problems.

joke Audio pronunciation of "joke" ( P ) Pronunciation Key (jk)
n.

1. Something said or done to evoke laughter or amusement, especially an amusing story with a punch line.
Your car overheats so you stock a cap that will hold higher pressure on? Wowsers. My painted calipers are among about 100 other modifications, I think it's relatively just ;)

PS you can put 1000 lugs in your hub, its not going to change a warped rotor or not. A rotor warps frmo being heated and cooled too fast or simply over heated. If your caliper is bolted to your strut assembly, your wheel can be held on with JB weld in one spot, that caliper isnt going to move because of that, sure the car would shake like piss, but not because of a warped rotor.

So add your boost to that... That still puts it over 60psi...

That would be Camaro drivers that have mullets. Not Mustang drivers.
Hence the mullet being also known as the "Camaro Cut"

You're being way too specific. Anything with 8 cylinders and 2 valves has a mullet driving it. Enough said.

I think its time to grow up that's like saying everyone with glasses is a pansy even though you will most likely get you're head kicked in if you said it to some of them. Small-minded people are going to say negative things about a car because it has a v8 I like all car's 4cyl-v12 do not matter as long as it moves.

It was actually a 15-year-old stock cap, which was worn. I just so happened to have the high pressure cap in my garage, so I used it. The cap was thrown in there to make my mod list that much bigger, so I don't get picked on by people with more mods than me. Guess my plan didn't work after all. If it means anyhting I coulda painted my brakes when I put them on last week, but I couldn't decide on a color. Then, I realized I couldn't afford the paint anyway.

They have safety features and designs to counteract these mishaps. So, what you just said has no value in my situation. As I told Wil, you guys are assuming or making it seem like I am running 1000 psi through there when in reality, it's only 30-40. To even further prove a point, I will continue to run my car like this purposely. Even when I find a single 550cc injector so I can throw all 4 back in. Hell, I will even break 12's with this set up minus ONE fuel rail bolt.
i said no? i dont recal.. only possible reason i would of said no is because i put SEPTA SHUTTLE BUS LENGTHS on a car you were struggling to pull on..

Tis cool, and it's funny how I was "struggling" when it was more of my IC pipe that blew off. I wouldn't consider that a struggle at all, I would consider that more of a disadvantage to me. It's okay, we can compare time slips or go to ATCO sometime, I am interested in seeing what the Stang can do.
