Paul B Wood tires on 4th street in Bethlehem. They're a good ol' boy shop, but they do good work and have good equipment, shouldn't have a problem with 18's. They charged me around 10 bucks a tire for mounting and balancing for 14's, and I went there a bunch of times over 3 years. Not sure if the price changes if they have to swap them on and off the car too, I always walked in with wheels and tires. Owner is a former scca showroom stock racer

$20 here. Too bad I'm not local to the majority of people on here though.
