We’re growing and looking for superstar enthusiasts to help drive our next level of success. Our customer service reps resolve our customer’s car problems efficiently and effectively.

Description:
• Keep our customers happy as they are our top priority.
• Troubleshoot with our customers about their cars.
• Respond to requests via email, IM and phone calls.
• Research vendors via the internet.
• Processing orders using our ERP.
• Resolve issues for late model performance enthusiasts.

Customer service is also seen as a stepping stone position where employees who can handle the responsibility proceed on to other positions in the company in management, sales, purchasing, or marketing. Customer service is Turn 14’s proving ground.
