I just got back from a business trip to Monterey for car week.. I was a vendor at Concorso Italiano and spent time with some of my clients and friends, was invited to lunch with the head of McLaren Special Operations, etc. I go every year, but this year was more fun than most.. I would say the trip as a whole was a huge success. Every year there is crazy cars, this year was pure epic-ness. A client brought his Hennessey Venom GT to be displayed at Pebble Beach, the P1 GTR was unveiled, P1's were parked like Civic's, a LaFerrari at Laguna Seca, Porsche 918, the list goes on and on... there were a dozen Veyrons, 3 McLaren F1s. It was insane.

Most of these are off my D90, a few off my cell. I went to San Fran
for a few days after Monterey, next year I think I will go for an extra week.

The morning of... this was at maybe 5am. It's funny, there is never rain dates on events in NorCal.. the weather is literally perfect every.single.day. There is always very heavy fog in the AM.

That looks ****ing insane. Have you seen the videos of that McLaren F1?! Dude is a boss! Does burnouts in it and stuff... so awesome. People forget cars are meant to be driven

Those are some great cars! I love the new Mclaren P1s tho! Wish I have the chance to see them in person!
