The 5th Annual Ridley Creek State Park BBQ 8/18/13
When: Sunday August 18, 2013 Place: Ridley Creek State Park 350 Gradyville Road, Edgmont PA Location in the Park: Picnic Area #11 which was the same spot as the last time! Time: 11AM- Sunset or the last person leaves!! Rules for the meet: 1. It is a state park, so therefore do not do anything that will jeopardize this. 2. Please no burnouts, loud music, or revving 3. No alcoholic beverages permitted whatsoever We welcome any contributions for food and supplies, and many updates will follow. So let's spread the word and make this another success! Food: Boxes of Hamburgers (need anywhere from 100 plus burgers): Hickrocket- 24 burgers; SRTMike- 12 burgers; Outlawstar98- 28 burgers; Boxes of Hot dogs (need anywhere from 100 plus dogs): Jay - 32 dogs; Dante - 16 dogs; Outlawstar98- 24 dogs; Hamburger Rolls (again 100 plus): Kevin M.-30 rolls; SRTMike- 16 rolls; Outlawstar98- 16 rolls; Hot Dog Buns (100 plus): Kevin M. 30 rolls; Dante - 16 rolls; Outlawstar98- 24 rolls; American Cheese packs (8 packs...can never have enough and usually we run out fast): Doug Pop- 4 packs; Plain Chips(8 bags): Doug Pop-2 bags; Outlawstar98- 3 bags Doritos (8 bags): Kevin M. 2 bags; Brownies: Katie- 2 trays Ketchup Bottle (need 1):Matt Pickard Mustard Bottle (need 1): Matt Pickard Drinks, Ice: 12 packs of coke or pepsi:Outlawstar98- 4 cases; Tristian- 4 cases; 12 packs of root beer: Cases of Bottled Water: Steve Nguyen-2 cases; Bags of Ice: Jay-2 bags; Katie- 2 bags; Big Coolers for the drinks and food: Jay-1 cooler; Tristian-1 cooler; Dante- 1 Utensils etc: Paper Plates: Steve Nguyen Eating Utensils: Solo Cups: Dante Big Plastic Bowls for Chips, etc. (need around 10 bowls): Napkins: Big Trash bags (1 box should do): Tristian Grilling Accessories: Bags of Easy Lite Charcoal (5 bags): Dante- 2 bags; Aluminum Foil for the Park Grills: Lighter Fluid( 2 bottles in case people bring traditional charcoal): Grill Brushes to clean grills: (3 needed): Dante- 1; Metal Turners (3 needed): Dante- 1; Metal Tongs (3 needed): Dante- 1;
